Kearney personnel have years of experience with developing and testing financial systems.  We understand how to develop and document alternative approaches and workaround procedures for users until a system application is updated through a software patch or release.  We can also determine whether an issue represents a software defect, design deficiency, or is caused by user error.

Kearney Level 1 customer support division personnel resolve complex issues and answer the tough questions asked by end users. They combine their ERP and financial management knowledge and experience to analyze issues, determine the root cause, and develop solutions.

Kearney also provides significant experience developing and documenting alternative approaches and workaround procedures for users until the applications are updated through a software patch or release.

Kearney ensures answers are provided to both the end user to address their immediate needs and the Training Team in order to update training materials and provide accurate curriculum to new users.
