ALEXANDRIA, Va. – March 4, 2026 – Kearney & Company, a premier audit, consulting, and technology firm focused on government, has been named as one of Employee Benefit News’s Best Human Resources Teams for 2026. This annual program was created by EBN and Best Companies Group to identify, recognize, and honor the best HR teams, benefiting workforces and businesses. Kearney ranked third.
To determine the Best HR Teams, companies from across the United States entered a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
