- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee – This team member-led committee works to provide a safe environment and inclusive culture for all team members.
- Mentorship Programs – Team members at various career stages have the opportunity to learn and grow within our mentorship programs.
- Professional Development and Leadership Training – We provide access to e-learning platforms, support various professional certifications (including facilitating a CPA review program), and offer tuition reimbursement.
- Events – We host several firm-wide events each year, including an All Hands Meeting, summer picnic, and holiday party.
