Experienced professionals will find multiple avenues at Kearney to continue developing their expertise and skills. Through mentorship programs, team members have the opportunity to benefit from a mentor’s guidance or to gain experience providing mentorship. We support our team members in attaining professional certifications through bonus incentives and a CPA review program that includes a boot camp. Team members can also take advantage of e-learning platforms and Kearney’s tuition reimbursement to continue their education.

Thought Leadership

For those interested in sharing industry insights, an internal research group facilitates the publication of thought leadership at Kearney. They work with writers to hone ideas, develop drafts, and get the insights out into the world.

Veterans

Kearney is always hiring heroes. We encourage those who have dedicated their lives to serving the nation in the armed forces to carry on that legacy of service at Kearney. They will join a purpose-driven team exclusively focused on serving the government.

More than 17% of Kearney team members identify as veterans, current National Guard members, or military spouses. Our leadership also includes a strong veteran presence. This means Kearney understands and embraces the culture that service members come from and what they expect in civilian employment.

All Kearney team members, including our veterans, have access to a robust learning and development program that offers bonuses for obtaining a CPA, CISA, PMP, or other professional certification; educational assistance; mentoring programs; access to e-learning platforms; and tools and resources to help guide their Kearney careers.

Enduring Commitment To Veterans

Even beyond our team, Kearney believes veterans deserve our support year-round. We regularly contribute to causes that support veterans and their families. Through the years, countless Kearney team members have come together to raise critical funds for Warrior Canine Connection, enabling wounded veterans to train service dogs for their fellow veterans. Research shows warrior-canine “connections” reduce stress and isolation. With our help, Warrior Canine Connection has aided the rehabilitation and recovery of more than 5,000 veterans.

Additionally, we have supported veterans’ social events, food and candy drives, Fisher-Nightingale Houses, and honor flights.

Alumni

We firmly believe that relationships continue even when our alumni pursue new opportunities. In fact, Kearney takes pride in our numerous “boomerangs”—team members who leave the firm and later find their way back.
