Kearney & Company Recognized as a 2026 Best Place to Work in Virginia

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – April 1, 2026 – Kearney & Company, a premier audit, consulting, and technology firm focused on government, has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia by Virginia Business, marking another recognition for the firm’s strong workplace culture. In 2026, Kearney ranked sixth in the Large Employers category.

The annual list, compiled in partnership with Best Companies Group, highlights top employers across the state based on a comprehensive evaluation of workplace policies, practices, and employee feedback. Employee survey responses play a significant role in determining final rankings.

“Kearney’s continued recognition as a best place to work is built on a solid foundation of teamwork, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to delivering excellence,” said Chief Executive Officer Brian Kearney. “Every team member contributes to our culture, and I’m grateful for the work they do, day in and day out, to achieve our goals.”

To be eligible, companies were required to meet criteria including having a facility in Virginia, employing at least 15 individuals in the state, and being in business for at least one year.

The final rankings were announced during an awards ceremony hosted by Virginia Business on March 31. For more information about the Best Places to Work in Virginia program, visit Virginia Business.
