Kearney ranked third in the large firm category, which is defined as having 250 or more team members.
The rankings are determined through a two-part process. First, Best Companies Group evaluates each participating firm’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. Additionally, team members are surveyed about their workplace experiences. Responses to the team member survey are accorded the most weight, accounting for 75% of each firm’s evaluation.
