ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Sept. 15, 2026 – Kearney & Company, a premier audit, consulting, and technology firm focused on government, was honored as one of 2026’s Best Places to Work by the Dayton Business Journal. 2026 marks the eighth consecutive year Kearney has earned this recognition, ranking third in the small company category.
Upon being nominated, eligible businesses participate in anonymous employee engagement surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace. Topics covered include communication and resources, team dynamics, manager effectiveness, trust in leadership, and other workplace best practices. Best Place to Work honorees are then selected based on team member responses.
