ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Sept. 12, 2025 – Kearney & Company, a premier audit, consulting, and technology firm focused on government, was recognized as one of 2025’s Best Places to Work by the Dayton Business Journal. Kearney has now received this honor for seven consecutive years, ranking third in the small business category for 2025.
Upon being nominated, eligible businesses participate in anonymous employee engagement surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace. Topics covered include communication and resources, team dynamics, manager effectiveness, trust in leadership, and other workplace best practices. Best Place to Work honorees are then selected based on team member responses.
“Our Dayton-based team epitomizes Kearney excellence, and we are grateful for their contributions to our firm and the United States Air Force,” said Chief Executive Officer Brian Kearney. “It is the environment and culture fostered by all Kearney team members that makes recognitions such as this possible.”
An awards celebration was held Sept. 11 to honor all Dayton Business Journal 2025 Best Place to Work honorees. The full list of recognized businesses can be viewed on the publication’s website.
