Press Release: Kearney & Company named a 2021 Dayton Business Journal “Best Places to Work” Honoree

Dayton, OH – June 29, 2021 – For the third consecutive year Kearney & Company, P.C. has been named one of the Best Places to Work by the Dayton Business Journal.  This is the 17th annual Best Places to Work Awards by the Dayton Business Journal.

In order to determine the honorees, the DBJ used Quantum Research to compile the scoring from your employee survey results. Based on the survey results, Kearney ranked with one of the best employers in our region.  Quantum surveys company employees on staff engagement, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness and other workplace best-practices.

Dayton Business Journal divides their honorees into four categories by number of employees:

• Micro: 10-24 employees

• Small: 25-49 employees

• Medium: 50-199 employees

• Large: 200 or more employees

“From day one, our Dayton team has continued to exemplify what it means to be a Best Place to Work. To receive this honor in the city of Dayton three years in a row is a tremendous accomplishment and we thank our Dayton team for carrying out our mission as well as for their contributions to our client the United States Air Force,” said COO Brian Kearney.

This year, companies will be recognized Tuesday, August 10th at 4:30 p.m. at Dayton Dragons Stadium.
