ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Aug. 11, 2026 – Kearney & Company, a premier audit, consulting, and technology firm focused on government, has been honored as one of Yello’s 2026 Top 100 Internship Programs. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Kearney has earned a place on the annual list, which recognizes organizations across the country that offer notable internship experiences and invest in developing early-career talent.
Kearney’s eight-week paid internship program provides students with hands-on experience supporting government audit and consulting engagements while working alongside experienced professionals. Interns participate in mentorship opportunities, weekly trainings and seminars, networking events, and collaborative projects designed to prepare them for successful careers. A signature component of the program is Intern Week, which brings interns from across the country together at Kearney’s headquarters to connect with firm leadership, collaborate with peers, and organize a firm-wide charitable fundraising initiative.
