ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Nov. 6, 2023 – Kearney & Company, a premier audit, consulting and technology firm focused on the government, was recognized on the 2023 Best for Vets: Employers list by Military Times. This year, Kearney ranked #190th.

The rankings are based on a survey that evaluates participating organizations’ policies, practices and benefits. “The survey captures the areas of greatest importance to transitioning service members, veterans, and their families when looking for an employer. Recruitment and employment practices, as well as retention and support programs, were given the most weight and importance in scoring and final rankings,” according to Military Times.

More than one in six Kearney team members have served in the Armed Forces, which has contributed to the firm’s deep understanding of the purpose-driven culture that veterans come from.
