The SeaPort-e contract is a 5-year contract that supports electronic procurement of engineering, technical and program management, and financial management support services for Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR). The decision to leverage the successes and efficiencies of the SeaPort business model by designating SeaPort-e the vehicle of choice for future engineering, financial, and program m anagement contractor support services emphasizes the Navy Virtual SYSCOM's focus on implementing cost-effective and integrated business practices within our Navy.
