SAF/FM Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) – Kearney & Company was awarded a BPA with the United States Air Force, Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management (SAF/FM) to provide advisory and assistance services. Kearney’s teammates include CSC, Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI, Exeter, J.P. Associates, APCG, MCR Federal, SofTec, The Merit Group, and MilCorp. The period of performance on this $99M contract is one base year with five option years. The Kearney Team is assisting SAF/FM in the development of architecture, transformation, documentation, and execution of the transition plan, moving SAF/FM into the next generation of financial management. The goal is to identify better ways of doing business with more effective and efficient process and technological solutions.

During the first 18 months of this contract, the Government released 27 “Requests for Call Orders” against this BPA. The Kearney Team is very proud of its success during this period, as it won 14 out of 20 call orders bid.
