Department of the Treasury Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund

Kearney has provided project management support to the CDFI Fund since Kearney was originally awarded the Community Investment Impact Systems (CIIS) development project. The Kearney Project Management Team partners with the CDFI Fund Program Management Staff to successfully deploy annual releases of CIIS in accordance with the grant and loan agreements of the CDFI Fund-award recipients. The Kearney Project Team's expertise in applying federally approved project management standards continually results in the Fund meeting or exceeding its strategic objectives while remaining within or under budget.
