Kearney was awarded the AF Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) Functional Project Management and Support Services contract. In support of this $29M+ contract, Kearney's role is to assist the AF DEAMS Functional Program Management Office (FPMO) with systems architecture assessment and development, identification of business process improvement opportunities, system requirements management, systems interface improvement opportunities, system testing and evaluation, and quality assurance of the system integrator activity to design, build, test, and implement the DEAMS system.

Kearney's functional, technical knowledge and experience with financial systems, coupled with strong project management capabilities, provides the AF DEAMS Air FPMO with the skills and resources to support its responsibilities and objectives relative to the implementation of DEAMS.
