What is your favorite part about working for Kearney?

Definitely the people – I’ve met so many wonderful people at Kearney, some who are now my closest friends. I’ve also learned a ton from others and am always amazed by how Kearney is able to find the most dedicated, hardworking people who also love to have fun!

What are three things you cannot live without?

My family – I love being able to come home to the people I love, after doing a job I love.

Coffee – I really can’t go a day without it and it’s the perfect start to my day.

Quesadillas – There is nothing better than a quesadilla. I love that you can put whatever you want in it and I get them all the time on my client site.

If you were to host a dinner party, what three celebrity guests would you invite?

Anna Kendrick – I love her wit and I am a huge fan of Pitch Perfect. I’d love to have tell me funny stories and sing to me!

Jennifer Aniston – I may be just a little obsessed with Friends and I would love to know all about her days as Rachel Green.

Oprah – This woman has it all… and I would love to pick her brain as to how she made herself into an empire.

How has Kearney been invested in the development of your career?

Part of what we strive for at Kearney is to take care of our people and help them to find what they love to do. For me, I believe the company has offered many different opportunities to grow and the ability to work with people who are interested in both my well-being professionally and personally. When I first started at Kearney, I worked on a variety of different engagements before finding the area I am most passionate about – internal controls. Since then, I have been able to apply what I learned on previous engagements to my current clients, and I continue to learn on each engagement that I contribute to. Constant on-the-job training and working with smart and helpful people have been imperative to helping me shape my career.
