Kearney is supporting the Navy's Financial Management Office with its implementation of the Financial Improvement Plan. Under this effort, Kearney is documenting the Navy's processes, procedures, systems, and internal controls and making recommendations to improve the overall accounting operations for components of the Navy, such as SPECWAR and NAVAIR. Our efforts led to streamlining the Navy's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation process.
