Period of Performance: June 28, 2007 through the expiration of Kearney’s GSA FABS Schedule contract.

The scope of work is to provide services in support of the 9.5% Tax-Exempt Portfolio Attestation Services for the U.S. Department of Education, it includes:

• Loan generation-specific examination attestation engagements, referred to as audits for select lenders
• Quality control review (QCR) services, which is a detailed review of an audit report and of the audit-related documentation at the office of the IPA who conducted the audit, for the purpose of assessing adherence to applicable auditing standards, requirements and procedures.
