This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract is in support of the U.S. Air Force, SAF/FM to provide advisory and assistance services. Tasks performed to support this BPA include architecture, change management, business process reengineering (to include providing Six Sigma and LEAN implementation), data (to include building data enterprise strategies, implementation plans, conversion plans, data exchange plans), ERP application knowledge, portfolio management, functional requirements, functional test support, deployment support, functional help desk, functional outreach program, and program support and administration and strategic communications.
