The scope of work encompasses six individual tasks, each addressing different types of implementation assistance in support of DOC's objectives and sub objectives with respect to OMB Circular A-123. These tasks cover internal controls at the consolidated and individual components levels to include, but are not limited to, the major financial reporting components:
