Letter From Our CEO

Since COVID-19 presented itself nationally and beyond, Kearney & Company has taken a proactive approach to understand and mitigate its effects on our employees and customers as best we can. I wanted to share a few key points about how Kearney is responding during this unprecedented time.

We Put Our People First

Kearney values each and every one of its team members. Within our people-first culture, the health, safety, and security of Kearney employees is our top priority. Kearney leadership is continually evaluating the evolving situation and how it impacts our team members – from well-being, to employee benefits, to virtual team activities.

As we carefully monitor guidance from local and national authorities, Kearney adjusts our operations, as necessary, to ensure our team members stay healthy and feel comfortable. We are currently operating under a maximum telework arrangement. For employees who must enter a Kearney office, we have implemented safety procedures in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.

Additionally, we have taken the following steps:

• Restricting business travel
• Restricting visitors to our offices
• Providing regular guidance to employees
• Adapting to a remote work environment through flexibility and support from our Leadership, Technology, and Human Resources teams.

We Are Serving Customers

We understand that communication is absolutely critical during this time and are coordinating with our clients depending on each of their individual needs. Kearney continues to deliver for customers without interruption.

We Are Hiring

We know this is a tough time for the economy and businesses all around us. Kearney’s stability puts us in a position to still grow our team.
